Offsite Data Backup
We operate an off-site storage facility for the user's data. At the facility, an account is maintained for each user. Each account is protected by a password know only to the user!
The electronic vault system is set up so that at preset time, usually late at night the clients computer automatically prepares its data for backup, it determines which files have been modified since the last backup, compresses them, encrypts them for security. When the data is ready the computer uses its modem or internet connection to contact our servers and transmit the data.
Our Servers verify and store the data. The next morning the backup is transferred to extrenal storage. You can rest assured that your data is safe because it is stored off-site.

Repairs & Upgrades One of the most common repairs is to replace the PSU (a transformer inside the computer which reduces the voltage from 240V to 5V and 12V. This is easy to replace but at the point when it fails, it can allow higher voltages to reach other components, usually the motherboard and CPU which also would require replacement. We can provide these component replacements and upgrades including motherboards, CPUs, hard drives, CD and DVD drives, graphics cards, memory, monitors, keyboards and mice.
One reason for Windows XP systems running slowly is due to system updates in 2007 requiring an upgrade from 128MB or 256MB to at least 512MB of RAM. Service pack 3 has further increased this requirement to 768MB or 1024MB.
